She is majoring in Political Science with minors in French and Religious Studies. She served as the Panhellenic representative for her chapter before being elected president of PHA. She is excited to create new initiatives to improve the Greek community and relations with the university and Bloomington community. |

She is currently working towards a degree in Telecommunications with minors in Business and Psychology. Tia has been involved in a variety of campus organizations such as the IU Telecommunications Club and the Public Relations Committee for Indiana University Dance Marathon. As VP of Communications for Panhellenic, she works closely with the Interfraternity Council, Multi-Cultural Greek Council, and the National Panhellenic Council to improve the unity of all Greek organizations on campus. Tia also manages the Panhellenic website and calendar. Overall, she works to effectively communicate upcoming events to the Greek Community. Outside of school, Tia can be found at the SRSC teaching Group Exercise. She loves country music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. |

Natalie is a former chapter president, member of the Business Honors Program, member of the Hutton Honors College, and is a tour guide for the IU Office of Admissions. She is preparing to embark on a career in public accounting, hoping to earn her CPA upon graduation in May of 2011. Natalie loves to travel and is a fan of Chicago sports, Starbucks, and John Mayer. |

She is the Panhellenic Vice President of Personal Development, and some of her duties include scholarships, mental health awareness programming, and safe sisters. Katie is also involved with PALS. She is looking forward to finding new ways to empower our PHA women and a great year with the other fabulous women on the Executive Council. |
| | |  Stephanie Nowell View Bio | | VP of Leadership Development | slnowell@umail.iu.edu | | Stephanie is responsible for coordinating Junior Greek Council and its events such as safe halloween, coordinating iGel, working with SIPE, Panhel Standards Board, and anything to help cultivate better leaders within the Greek system. Stephanie is involved in a variety of activities on campus such as the Kelley Business Honors Program, Kelley Consulting Workshop, and IUDM. Prior to being VP of Leadership Development, she was the Director of Leadership Development, and the year before that she was her chapter's representative for Junior Greek Council. |

She works as both a liaison and resource for Greek chapters to further their participation in service and philanthropic activities. She has already worked with a multitude of organizations on campus such as the Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana and the Red Cross. Lisa is majoring in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology; she is also a member of the Liberal Arts Management Program (LAMP). In her free time, Lisa enjoys the outdoors, anything to do with water and spending time with family and friends. |

This spans from weekly meetings with chapter recruitment teams, to planning pre-recruitment events, to overseeing the Directors of Operations, Computer Recruitment, and Recruitment Counselors. Before becoming the Vice President of Recruitment, Nicole served as Vice President of Membership for her chapter, and as a member of her chapters Standards Board. She is also involved with Indiana University Dance Marathon. Nicole is a junior majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Reading Specialization. She is from Dallas, Texas and enjoys singing karaoke, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. |
